Owners know what needs renewing. They just do not see the deadline until the warning notice arrives. By then the late fee is automatic.
The agent does three boring things very reliably
It owns the master list of every licence, registration, and tax filing the business needs. It emails and WhatsApps the owner at T-60 days, T-30 days, T-7 days, and T-1 day. It tracks the renewal status, “filed”, “paid”, “received”, and stops chasing once you confirm completion.
