Company information

ElyAgents is operated by ElySpace, a private business established in 2018 with operations based in Watergam, Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, India. ElySpace builds and runs the six SaaS products that make up the ElyAgents suite, along with managed hosting and a roadmap of AI agents shipping through 2026.

Trademarks

The following names and logos are trademarks of ElySpace and may not be used in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our prior written permission:

  • ElyAgents, ElySpace, ElySpace PMS, ElySpace School ERP, ElyHMS, JK Tour CRM, ElyIPTV Billing, ElyWA, ElySpace Hosting.
  • Associated logos, wordmarks, and product icons.

All other trademarks shown on this site, including those of integrated partners and third-party services, are the property of their respective owners and used here only to describe interoperability.

Sub-processors

To run ElyAgents we rely on a small set of vendors. Each is contractually bound to handle data only on our instructions and to maintain equivalent security and confidentiality.

ElyAgents products are built on top of open-source projects we are grateful for, including (but not limited to) Linux, PostgreSQL, Redis, Node.js, Laravel, Astro, Tailwind CSS, and Lenis. Each project is used under its own licence; full attribution and licence texts are available on request at contact@elyagents.com.

Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on ElyAgents infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@elyagents.com that includes:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a URL is best).
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised and that the information is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices follow the same address.

Security disclosure

If you think you've found a security vulnerability in ElyAgents, please report it privately to contact@elyagents.com. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to keep you updated until the issue is resolved. We will not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith.

In scope: elyagents.com, customer-facing product subdomains, and our public APIs. Out of scope: denial-of-service, social engineering of staff or customers, and third-party services we use but do not operate.
