First time installing on Mac? Read this.
On first launch, macOS may say “ElySpace PMS” cannot be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This is a standard macOS warning for apps from independent vendors and only appears once. Here’s how to open it.
Open the Apple menu → System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Scroll down to the Security section. You’ll see the line shown below.
Click the Open Anyway button (highlighted in purple in the screenshot) → confirm with your password. The app opens and won’t ask again.
The .dmg checksum is verified on every download. If you ever run into trouble installing, message us and we’ll help you through it.
