Turning a Kashmir travel enquiry into a paid deposit in 48 hours

Hour 0: Reply within ten minutes with a proper itinerary

Not a brochure. A 6N/7D itinerary built from a template, with the traveller's dates, hotel category, and one or two specific suggestions (“we will do Gulmarg gondola on day three before the crowds”). Generated in JK Tour CRM in roughly two minutes.

Hour 4: Send the cost sheet with a live hold

Show them the per-person cost and a hotel quote that is genuinely held for them, not a placeholder. Travellers know the difference. A real hold creates urgency without pressure tactics.

Hour 24: WhatsApp a 90-second voice note

Voice is the unfair advantage. A short note from the agency owner, not a script, just answering their actual questions, outperforms three follow-up emails.

Hour 48: Auto-expire the hold

Tell them the held room releases at 6 p.m. tomorrow. Mean it. Roughly 30% of the deposits we have measured land in the last six hours of the window.
